I have been practicing law since 1975 and have specialized in representing injured workers for workers' compensation benefits. I have also been representing the disabled since 1975 in obtaining Social Security disability benefits. These are my two main areas of practice. Workers' Compensation

Formerly known as workman's compensation, worker's compensation provides protection for employees injured on the job.

Social Security Disability

One of the three main components of the Social Security program, known also as the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program (OASDI). The disability component of Social Security provides benefits for permanently disabled workers who can no longer perform the duties required of them in their previous jobs, and who have not been able to perform other work.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

Motor vehicle accidents include those accidents involving cars, buses, trains, airplanes, motorcycles, and trucks, as well as pedestrians.

Estates

The goal of estate planning is simply to pass the greatest amount of an estate on to chosen beneficiaries, including avoiding unnecessary or excessive taxes. Additionaly, a person planning their estate may want to plan for the care of minor children and plan care for themselves should they become incapacitated.
